I thrive on solving problems and diving deep into challenges, believing there's room for improvement. I cherish communicating with stakeholders; everyone has something valuable to teach me. I love to learn and keep my mind open to new ideas.
Supporting my team is my priority because I believe that while you can go fast alone, you go far together. Technology and tools are my allies, helping me to save time, increase productivity, and confidently share my ideas and products.Seeing people's smiles brings me joy, as their happiness is my happiness. I'm driven by the desire to learn and grow, striving to make every day better than the last. Ethics is the foundation of my life, for while knowledge can be learned, ethics sustain us.
Success results from hard work: 99% dedication and 1% talent. I approach situations critically, considering multiple perspectives and leveraging my diverse industry experience to find creative solutions. I take responsibility for every task, no matter how small.In the next year or two, I aim to achieve CBAP certification, step into a Business Analysis career, and build more substantial confidence and knowledge in this field. Looking ahead to 3-5 years, I plan to participate in numerous projects, earn my PMP certification, become a senior Business Analyst, and share my experiences to help and inspire as many people as possible.
